Really tasty morning meal in the bar. The rooms with the shower and a sofa bed and a nice view, courteous staff at the reception desk. Marvellous and lovely location - steps away from Museum of Natural Sciences.

it was important to get wheelchair accessible room with 1 double bed, a clean modern bathroom plus a nice bath and that went well.

The bathroom could be cleaned cleaner, the windows and window frames were very dirty. The heating containers at breakfast do not keep the food particularly warm, rather cold to lukewarm

The hotel is a perfect place for upscale business travel because of its location, staff and comfort. The proximity to the EU institutions makes it easy to reach them in the morning. The staff is extremely courteous, multilingual and very concerned about the well-being of the guests.

The Club Queen room was super comfy with nice bedding. I really liked the spacious layout, and the bathroom had a big bath which was a treat. The toiletries were great, and I appreciated having a fridge in the room. Plus, the tea-making facilities were a nice touch. Only downside? The water pressure in the shower could've been better.

The charge of 10 Euros per day in the weekend was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The breakfast was excellent and even though we showed up somewhat late there was still enough to eat. The only thing missing were the delicious waffles we had during our previous stay there. I don't understand people complaining about the location being "too far from the city center". Don't you choose the hotel yourself? Check the location on a map beforehand and stop whining.
The water stream in the shower was a little weak, as was the power of the hairdryer (but at least there was one). Too bad the small section of arcade videogames they had 2 years ago was gone.

The room was very clean, staff very attentive (check-in and check-out, as we didn't spend much time in the hotel), nice furniture, nice bathroom, mattress a bit soft, but still comfortable. Location was great, near Place du Luxembourg (lots of buses, trains) and the European Parliament; also Parc Leopold is very near (this is subjective, because I had to attend to an event in that area, and I also like to walk).
Old-fashioned TV set, central heating/cooling system wasn't working as advertised (the various settings didn't seem to bring changes to the air-flow)
